Towery: Whether Is Gerrymandering Of Trans Athletes, Dems Take It To The Nth Degree And Become A Parody
InsiderAdvantage Pollster Matt Towery on FOX News Channel’s “Ingraham Angle” said Democrats will continue to be a parody of themselves if they take issues like gerrymandering to an extreme.
CHARLIE HURT, GUEST HOST: So, Matt, you know, one of the problems here when you get down to the brass tacks of, you know, the strategy to avoid the redistricting is that if, you know, Democrats have perfected the art of redistricting, they’ve done it far better than Republicans ever have, and because they’re sort of ahead of the game, there isn’t a whole lot more juice that they can squeeze out of that stone, whereas I think Republicans have a whole lot more juice left in that stone for them to squeeze out. MATT TOWERY, INSIDERADVANTAGE POLLSTER: Yeah, you’re absolutely right, and as I watch all of this, I have to tell you, when you talk about the headlines, this is parody, in my opinion. The funniest parody I’ve seen recently is John Daly in the new Happy Gilmore 2. You’ve got to see it. He plays a parody of himself. The Democrats are playing a parody of the Democratic Party. They go against gerrymandering, but they’ve gerrymandered everything in the world they can in their own states. They flee the state, won’t come home. In every instance, every position they take, whether it’s trans athletes, whether it has to do with Iran and whether we want a non-nuclear Iran, it doesn’t matter what the issue is, they take it to the nth degree, and they become a parody, and they are truly becoming a joke about themselves. They’ve got to get their act together, because every week, it doesn’t get funnier, it just gets a little bit more of a parody.
