TOM BEVAN: It occurred to me: this is another situation where Trump could absolutely barnstorm and troll the Democrats. He should send in the National Guard, send in the Army Corps of Engineers, and start rebuilding that thing himself. What are they going to do? Is Eric Swalwell going to go out there and yell, Get out of here, Trump, stop building homes in the Pacific Palisades, you fascist!?
