He’s well-liked by folks in MAGA world, and certainly by some of the more traditional, mainline Republicans,” Bevan said. “Everyone talks about a ticket with Vance on top and Rubio underneath, but maybe-we’re quite a ways out from this-but if the political sands shift a little, suddenly Marco might be a guy who looks more appealing to a broader swath of the Republican base.” “He’s the one who can bridge the gap, heal those divides, and move the party forward as the big-tent party,” he suggested.
