CBS’s “Late Show” host Stephen Colbert mocked President Trump’s comment yesterday to CNBC that if he had been president, he could have won the Vietnam War. “I would have won Vietnam very quickly–if I were president,” Trump told “Squawk Box” on Tuesday. Colbert joked: “Don’t you find that ironic-that the one guy who could’ve won the war couldn’t go because he had bone spurs?” Former Secretary of State John Kerry added: “You showed that very telling meme of Donald Trump as Jesus. I presume if he’s Jesus, he could have cured his bone spurs first and go fight the war and win it all by himself.”
