Steve Bannon delivers a monologue on the Russia-Ukraine war, the Chinese threat, and more on Monday’s edition of “War Room.”

STEVE BANNON: It’s Monday, 2 June, year of our Lord 2025. You just heard Mike Davis coming back from the Middle East, talking about this amicus brief and about these really a who’s who of Republican lawyers standing against President Trump on one of the key parts of this, the tariffs, but essentially telling the New York Times they’re really against Trump across a range of topics. Katie Terz reporting in the New York Times got this. I don’t know where they got it, that Kash and Bongino are getting rid of, are really starting to take apart the FBI. We’re not seeing it. They’re saying some senior guys are going, I guess that’s natural rotation. We would love to see more of that. We think that, we understand Kash [Patel] and Dan [Bongino], it’s tough to control a place when you only have a couple of people, a particular place got what, 35,000 FBI agents. But this situation in Ukraine should remove any doubt from your mind that the deep state is there. And the deep state is either withholding information from President Trump about what’s really going on in the world, or they’re actively working against American interests, particularly American interests as defined by a guy who has a gig called commander in chief. That would be Donald John Trump, who has said over and over and over again, I don’t want the kinetic part of this third world war to metastasize. I want to calm it down. I want people to lay down their guns and stop shooting at each other. We’re going to figure out deals, economic deals, that people are going to be prosperous. And in being prosperous, they’re going to appreciate peace even more. That’s not what’s going on. We are hurtling towards a broader engagement in what is shaping up to be a massive war on the Eurasian landmass. You think we had a couple of those in the last century? I don’t know. Killed 200 million people overall, when you add them all up back. Right there, they’re talking about, and they’re complaining about Kash in the team being too hard on the deep state. I think now more than ever, and I hope the president’s calling for this because to me, you’ve got two choices. Number one, and I think unless you condemn the escalation of the Ukrainians, and I’m not saying their attack is not audacious and bold and courageous and inventive and all those things, because it was. Also, I don’t believe at all it wasn’t done without that team in Wiesbaden that the New York Times reported a year ago in 2024 that was running the Ukraine war, running the Ukraine war from Wiesbaden with German intelligence. It’s just, this is like the October 7th deal with Hamas. No, that was the Muslim Brotherhood and people thinking that thing through. Just like on October 7th, I don’t believe, I’m not a believer that other intelligence services didn’t know about it. It was too complicated. It took too long to put together. They had too many moving pieces to it. They had all the kibbutzes. They had all the floor plans for that. It just had too much information. It was too well-coordinated. It was too, particularly a group that hasn’t pulled off a lot of sophisticated air, sea, land operations over what, 40 or 50 miles like ever in their history. Here in the Ukrainians, and we have said from the beginning, the Ukrainians have been courageous. The Ukrainians have been tough. And Mersheimer was right. We’re going to fight to the last Ukrainian. This is what the West wants to do. The issue with this, they were supposed to be sitting down at a peace conference today, or at least a ceasefire conference in Turkey. I don’t know. Russians didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic after they got hit, their strategic assets got hit. And we had Boone Cutler on this morning, General Flynn’s partner, on the 5G warfare. He brings up a great point. Hey, you don’t think that can happen here in the United States of America with the Chinese Communist Party, given all the farmland that they control, given all the people they’ve got in the national labs, all the Chinese nationals they’ve got in these schools, 350,000, which is a good first step to send home. And some innocent people are going to get wrapped up in that. There’s some people that hate the CCP in that, but hey, you can’t weed it out like that at this time. You just got to say, hey, every Chinese national, because you signed that document, you just got to go. This is our point about the deep state. Why are we getting drawn into this war? We fought and people voted for an individual who was not a warmonger, who none of the war started on his watch. Why? Because nobody would cross him. Muslim Brotherhood wouldn’t cross him. Hamas wouldn’t cross him. Putin wouldn’t cross him. Xi wouldn’t cross him. And when it was stolen and the Biden regime was there, all hell broke loose. Why is that? Well, I don’t know. Maybe it’s all the stories you’re hearing now coming out of the White House through Jake Tapper and CNN about a close associate was there and Biden’s wandering around closets. Maybe that has something to do with it. I don’t know. I’m just tossing it out there in the conversation. This third world war, just so you understand, is going to be so lethal and so brutal. It will be World War One and World War Two combined. Let me repeat that. It will be World War One and World War Two combined. You got nukes all over the place. You have chemical warfare. Well, Steve, chemical warfare wasn’t banned after World War One. Mustard gas. Hello, fentanyl. We’ve already have a million casualties. Coming from the Chinese Communist Party and the cartels. This war full on, folks, see what you see. And this weekend and they’re calling it, oh, the Russian parts of Russian Pearl Harbor. Yo, how did Pearl Harbor eventually end? The attackers were basically burned alive. Curtis LeMay, after he finished destroying industrial Germany, he went over and with conventional bombers and napalm. In low altitude flight of flights, Kyoto and Tokyo, he burned virtually to the ground. The damage they had was as bad as the damage for nuclear weapon. That wasn’t in one weapons package. Then we dropped two nukes, not one, two. They were not convinced. Think about that. They were not convinced at the first nuclear weapon. I think we’ll hang in there. This is what happens. You go from unrestricted warfare, right, to the kind of political, the political warfare, the PSYOP and political warfare. And you’re going to see that tonight. What are we going to show you starting at six o’clock? We’ll be seven in Seoul. And I think we got Mina Kim is now there. I think Mina, Grace has been working with. I think Mina may actually be at a polling station. Don’t know, but she’s going to try there. And I want to show people this is what political warfare is. The Chinese Communist Party worked on this one for a long time. They have a party. They control their people. They’re Chinese over there right now. Chinese helping the party, helping the party win. Seventy years ago, we’ve got a we have an ally that the war is not over. They don’t have they don’t have a deal. It’s kind of an abeyance. Both sides put their guns down. And given all the valor and the bravery of both of both the South Korean army and the South Korean people, and man, that was brutal. Korea is the forgotten war. It’s not talked about enough. And Korea is a dagger at the heart of Japan and a dagger at the heart of Taiwan. Tonight, tomorrow, by tomorrow night of this show, unless we can pull off a miracle and this miracle will be five X, what Poland was. Poland was kind of a dead. We were always losing. It was kind of a dead heat. And this is why I think Matt Schlapp and the team provide the energy, got the media, got people down there, got the animal juices flowing, went into a part of Ukraine, a part of Poland that you had to get massive turnout and got it and pulled it off. And a hat tip to Matt Schlapp and the entire CPAC crew went over there. And also the people in Poland worked, worked with them. We may pull this out in Korea. I’m not feeling it. I don’t feel the urgency. I don’t see the energy. Something’s up there. This will be a major strategic loss. The Chinese communist party would have pulled off political warfare. And then of course, after you got that, you’ve got, you’ve got the economic warfare. Then you slide to the kinetic war, which is what they want us to slide into now. And then you get into the unconditional, not unrestricted, unconditional warfare where there’s no conditions and it just goes to annihilation. And why? Because people get tired. This is part of what you’re seeing in Ukraine right now. Because there’s a million and a half casualties on both sides. And on the Ukrainian side, there’s tons of civilians and people get angry. They want vengeance. They want vengeance. What do you think Gaza is? Look at that. Look at that nightmare. What do you think that’s about? These don’t get better. They only get worse. We’re getting sucked into this. And once we get sucked into it, you just can’t sit there. Oh, okay. Well, I rethought it. I want out. You got to not get in. And to have a country like Ukraine that pulled this off and if they didn’t come to the White House and ask permission to do it, then that’s all you need to know. They got to go cut them off. You got to condemn it and you got to cut them off. The New York Post is sitting there in the New York Post. Look, they get smart guys over there saying, hey, this is what you need to bring Putin back to the table. What we need to bring Putin back to the table is to start getting serious about his partner. Everything was going the right way until May 7th, 8th and 9th. And what was that? Oh, that was a commemoration. We told you that was a big deal. Everything’s changed since then. They had three days to kind of buddy around. This is what happened in 2019. They had three days to buddy around and guess what? It came out of there and the Chinese have been non participants. Scott Besson admitted today or yesterday on the talk shows. They haven’t really been engaged for a couple of weeks. Oh, and then President Trump dropped the bomb. Oh, and all the agreements we had in Geneva from a couple of weeks ago, they haven’t lived up to any of them. They haven’t lived up to any of them. They’re the ones driving this. They’re the senior partner. And now they’re going to see with this political victory, if it happens tomorrow. And listen, there are a lot of people working around the clock to make sure that the conservative party in South Korea wins. I’m just not feeling the energy, but praying for a victory here, because if we lose through political warfare, without a shot being fired, horrible consequences, horrible consequences. You’re going to see, I think the entire timetable pulled up, pulled forward this way to an invasion of Taiwan. And why do I say that? Because I was with the seventh fleet. What the Chinese are doing now are not military exercises. They’re not. This is rehearsals. This is what our team in England, in that wet and cold spring, winter and spring of 1944, were doing to get ready for the landings in Normandy and all the different rehearsals they were doing for Normandy. This is beyond just some military exercise to figure out how to do things and work in coordination. This is actually where you have points. Boom, boom, boom. Here’s what we’re going to do. Here’s the timetable. Here’s what’s going to happen. Here’s where the planes got to be. Here’s where the amphibs are going to be. Here’s what the Americans are going to do. They’re doing rehearsals for an invasion of Taiwan. And if you have no interest in Taiwan, no interest in the Taiwanese people, no interest in the market, that’s fine. That’s 100% fine. It’s not a problem. There’s only one hitch. Essentially, our economy runs off the advanced chips that come out of that island, the plants and the design and all of it. And as much as we try to get it here, and we’re making huge progress in places like Arizona, some places like Ohio, that’s a decade away and probably 20 years away from being ramped up. We’re inexorably getting drawn into this. It’s like World War I and World War II. You see what’s going to happen and you can’t stop it. One way to stop it, put the Deep State on report.
