Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem defended the administration’s deportation policies and dismissed “left violent protesters… trying to stop law enforcement” during an interview Sunday morning on FOX News. “We have seen the Left violently react, perpetuate violence and mob rule in our cities in retaliation for President Trump enforcing the law, and we’re going to continue on a tactical plan to confront this violence that they’re bringing to make sure we still continue to do the right thing,” she said. “We’ve secured the border. We’ve driven down the murder rates and the crime rates to historic lows in this country, saved hundreds of millions of lives by interdicting drugs across the country and in our maritime borders.”
