Florida GOP Rep. Byron Donalds told “Fox News Sunday”‘ his thoughts on the looming Iran deal.

REP. BYRON DONALDS: Now that there appears to be a deal in place, we’ll see what happens with the straits. But I would anticipate that those oil prices will be tumbling down and gas prices with it here in the United States. … At the end of the day, the president of the United States, he’s the commander-in-chief and he’s going to make the decision that’s in the best interest of the United States, our allies and our people. And that’s why I trust the president to make those decisions. I think it’s important — it’s important for the American people to understand that where General Keane is coming from. You have an Iranian regime that it is emboldened. They are emboldened, and they are the largest state sponsor of terrorism. And so, we as a country have to constantly in our — in my view, keep all the foot on our — keep our foot on their neck with this country because if we ignore them and they break out on us, it’s going to be a major problem for the West.
