White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt is asked about allowing “peaceful protests” during the military parade scheduled for this weekend. On June 14, the festival will take place on the National Mall in D.C. from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The parade will start at 6:30 p.m. “So if there were peaceful protests on Saturday for the military parade the president would allow that?” the reporter asked. “Of course the president supports peaceful protests.
