Mark Mitchell: Trump and Billionaire Propaganda Are Trying to Sell the H-1B Visa Scam, Voters Aren’t Buying It
Rasmussen lead pollster Mark Mitchell told Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast why Trump’s voters oppose H-1B visas:
MARK MITCHELL: 355 days until the pendulum swings back to the left, and this time they’re going for it. The time for talking is over. I will respectfully say the time for talking is over, and yes, somebody has asked America what they think about the H-1b situation and immigration. If you ask about the H-1b, they say yeah, they like it, they like the idea of being able to take talented people. But they also say, “Corporations are abusing it, I hate major corporations, the economy isn’t fair, I can’t buy a house, so I’m ready to turn to socialism because capitalism has failed me.” They’ve told us this over and over again. It’s been forever, and I’ve only ever had two Republicans ever reach out to me for polling. They don’t care because their interest don’t want this, and this idea that somehow we’re just going to discover performatively in some national conversation that Americans hate H-1 B visas is ridiculous. Donald Trump is still out there defending this, with billionaire propaganda on TV, giving his movement a smack in the face. I don’t know if everyone remembers, but there was a pretty big event — the Christmas Massacre of Ramaswamy back in December 2024. The youth yeeted him out of the conservative movement because of his defense of the Indian work culture. No, Americans are stupid. No, Americans aren’t lazy. And the idea that we don’t have these people is retared. I applied for some major jobs in the tech industry, and every time I go for a job I want, I’ve had to go against 500 people just like me, and 500 Indians. And they hire the Indians. And everyone knows every one of these tech companies is chock full of them. We’ve given away the best parts of our economy to the rest of the world, it was sold out and Americans know it. They know this already. I’ve done a lot of stick, let’s do some carrot. If the Republican Party can do this –not talk about it– do this, within a year, they will rule for 50 years and capture the youth. They have to do a two-point plan. One, everything Andrew is about to talk about, the Charlie Kirk plan of economic policy. Yes, there will be some economic disruption. The youth want to drink billionaire tears. That’s part of the process. And two, visibly reform the government. The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago like the Gestapo. Just putting someone else in charge of it doesn’t restore institutional trust. There needs to be a visible reform process. People need to see into the investigations, see the firings, see the root cause and corrective action about all of our agencies — the FBI, CIA, IRS — regulatory capture of the healthcare industry. Healthcare is going to destroy our Republic. The youth know it because their individual plans cost almost as much as rent. Talking about a 10% reduction because of price negotiation is not adequate. It is old politics. You will fail.. The oligarchy will be smashed. The only question is, will it be a right hook or a left hook?
