Meadow Greens-Ramsey Ladies Golf Club holds "3-Lady Best Shot"
Jul. 30—On Wednesday the Meadow Greens — Ramsey Ladies Golf Club enjoyed a game of "3-Lady Best Shot." Players teed off, selected the best shot of the three and continued in the same format through to the cup. Members added their handicaps together and divided by three to establish their team handicap. Half of their handicap was subtracted from the front nine and the other half from the back nine for adjusted nine-hole scores.
Winners on the front nine with an adjusted score of 21 were Pat Busker, Ann Christianson and Carmel Taylor. On the back nine, Joyce Anderson, Sandy May and Ardie Pepper took the win with a score of 29.
Sandy May had the only chip-in for the day on hole No. 5.
