President Trump will host the leaders of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo at the White House on Thursday to sign a peace treaty and a deal to export minerals to the U.S. Presidents Felix Tshisekedi of Congo and Paul Kagame of Rwanda will finalize an earlier deal settled this summer.
