STEVE BANNON: A total firestorm last night and this morning on MSNBC and CNN. They’re completely, totally losing it. Let’s go through what happened. I’ll tell you, here’s the buried lede, what the problem is: They admit that 25 to 30% of their people vote by mail-in. That’s a problem. We should never have – this should be absentee ballots. This is one of the most perfected ways they’ve got for stealing elections, as we saw from 2020. Can you walk through exactly what the run-up to this was, what the Supreme Court said, what the Wednesday rule is going to be from the Postal Service, sir? MIKE DAVIS: President Trump issued an executive order. He ordered the Postmaster General of the United States to work with the Attorney General of the United States, to work with the Secretary of Homeland Security, to come up with a plan to ensure we have election integrity, to ensure that non-citizens and other illegal aliens are not getting mail ballots through the U.S. Postal Service. When you commit election fraud through mail, that is mail fraud. That’s a federal crime. So President Trump is telling his key officials: Work together, come up with a plan. And the plan includes working with DHS, coming up with a list of citizens and non-citizens, comparing that list against these state voter rolls, and then telling the Postal Service that you can’t mail ballots to non-citizens. That’s a violation of federal law for non-citizens to vote in federal elections. Of course, these Democrat governors – 23 Democrat governors and the D.C. mayor’s office – ran to this Obama judge in Boston, this left-wing whack-job Obama judge in Boston, who issued an injunction against this executive order. The First Circuit Court of Appeals, another left-wing court, went along with this Obama judge. The Supreme Court, in this 6-3 ruling on the emergency docket, lifted the injunction, said that the president can move forward with his executive branch officials and come up with a plan, because these Democrat governors, these 23 Democrat governors and the D.C. Democrat mayor, don’t have standing. They’re not injured by the president telling his executive branch officials to come up with a plan. So what the plan looks like is going to happen, you’re going to see final rules out of the Postal Service tomorrow, it looks like, and other agencies, where they’re going to put barcodes on these envelopes and these ballots for election integrity, so when these ballots go through, we can actually see if these federal elections are being flooded with illegal voters. Well, we know that they are because the Democrats are fighting so hard not only to stop the SAVE America Act with proof of citizenship and voter ID that has the support of 80% of Americans, including a supermajority of Democrats, minorities – these Black Americans who Democrats pretend aren’t smart enough to figure out how to get a voter ID like everyone else – when, in reality, they want their illegal aliens to vote. But now they are ferociously fighting President Trump when he’s just trying to have his Postal Service make sure that these postal workers are not carrying out mail fraud on behalf of the Democratic Party. So we’ll see what happens. As the Supreme Court said, there’s no injury now for these governors. There could be a plaintiff who claims injury after the final rule comes out, but it’s kind of interesting: What exactly is their injury? If you are a non-citizen, you can’t vote in federal elections. And the states can send out these ballots if they want to do their mass voter fraud, if they want to keep doing these mass ballots. Send it out via UPS. Send it out via FedEx. Send it out via carrier pigeon. But you just can’t use the Postal Service to commit mail voter fraud – mail fraud for your voter fraud. So this is a big win for President Trump. This is a big win for election integrity. But this is certainly not the last court action on this matter. STEVE BANNON: A couple of things, and I’d like to stick to the break. The emergency docket – most people say, hey, the Supreme Court gives all the big cases at the end of June and takes off out of town, and they’re not back till, like, the first Monday in October, I think it is. This emergency docket, why do we have rulings by the Supreme Court in the interim? MIKE DAVIS: Well, because these Democrat judges, like this Obama judge in Boston, issued this clearly illegal injunction. She didn’t resolve the case on the merits. She issued this illegal injunction on behalf of these 23 Democrat governors and this Democrat mayor of D.C. when they didn’t have the standing to sue. They didn’t have injury, right? You have to have injury in fact to have Article III standing under our U.S. Constitution. If you don’t have standing, if you don’t have injured plaintiffs, the courts don’t have the jurisdiction to hear the case. And that’s what the Supreme Court just told this Obama judge in Boston. And you had to do this on the emergency docket because this whack-job judge put an injunction on the president of the United States that he couldn’t order executive branch officials to come up with a plan. That is a serious violation of the separation of powers, clearly unconstitutional. STEVE BANNON: I consider this the equivalent of, like, ICE at polling booths. If you’re an American citizen, you’ve got nothing to worry about. If you’re not an American citizen, if you’re a foreign national that’s here on one of these bogus visa or immigration plans and\/or you’re an illegal alien, you should worry bigly, and people should worry here. But I kind of get a feeling this is temporary. Walk me through what’s your view, the Viceroy’s view, of what’s going to happen here. MIKE DAVIS: Well, first of all, it’s pretty telling that the Democratic Party is so worked up over the fact that we want to make sure that the people who are voting in these elections match up with a citizenship database, and we’re not mailing ballots to people who are not on that citizenship database. These people can still vote, right? Even if you don’t get a ballot mailed to you, you can go to a polling place, you can do early voting, you can show up the old-fashioned way on Election Day. But as you said, Steve, when the Democrats are saying that 25 to 30% of their voters are voting by mail, and they’re fighting tooth and nail to make sure that we do not have any accountability for non-citizens voting, it’s very obvious that Democrats – their whole game plan, their whole Democrat base now is non-citizens, right? They’re relying on non-citizens to rig and steal elections. Mamdani in New York City, he didn’t win New York from citizens. He won New York from non-citizens. So here’s what I think will happen: The Postal Service, DHS, maybe the DOJ, issues final rules this week, maybe tomorrow, and then a Democrat plaintiff will pretend like they’re going to be injured, and they’re going to run to a Democrat judge and maybe get another Democrat injunction. And then we’ll see if the Supreme Court can get that fixed quickly so the president can move forward with election integrity to make sure that Democrats are not rigging and stealing our elections again by having their illegal aliens, non-citizens, illegally vote in our elections. American elections are for Americans. And I would just say this as a final note to this, Steve: Remember that when you intentionally commit voter fraud through our Postal Service, that is mail fraud. And every U.S. attorney around the country needs to work with the postal inspectors, with the FBI, the other federal law enforcement, and start investigating and charging these Democrat officials and operatives with mail fraud for abusing our Postal Service to commit election fraud. STEVE BANNON: Should we go to sleep and say, hey, it was 6-3, so we’ve got 6-3 in the court to sort this thing out? Or is that 6-3 just on procedure and process, not on the substance of these mail-in ballots and the citizens? Should we lull ourselves to sleep that we’ve got this no matter what, or is this still in play? MIKE DAVIS: This is very much still in play. It’s still going to be very difficult for the president to get this system in place before the midterm elections because new Democrat plaintiffs are going to run to new Democrat judges and get injunctions and try to run out the clock. Democrats know their whole business model is illegal aliens mass voting for Democrat politicians. That is the Democrat Party’s business model. That’s how they make their money. That’s how they earn and use their power, is through mass voter fraud. And they know that if we have a Postal Service that is not going to participate in that mass voter fraud, the Democrat Party is not going to win elections. STEVE BANNON: Last thing, they’ve already started on the left – they’ve got to redo the Supreme Court, restructure the Supreme Court. This is another example they’re using: They’ve got to pack the court. Your thoughts on that? MIKE DAVIS: Well, that should wake up the War Room posse, because if the Democrats take back the House and the Senate this year because the War Room posse wants to sit at home – we need to get out and vote – then the Democrats will block any Supreme Court, lower federal court slots, replacements for the next two years. If they win the trifecta in 2028 – the White House, the House and the Senate – they’ve already said this publicly. Believe them for what they say. They will pack the Supreme Court. They will pack it with left-wing radicals. They will add D.C., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands as Democrat states with [unclear] new Democrat voters. They will open up our border. They will end ICE. They will give amnesty and citizenship to 50 million, maybe more, illegal aliens. They will give out welfare. Well, we will be American slaves to illegal aliens, because those are going to be the Democrats’ new constituency. Americans are toast. Our God-given rights to speak, to worship, to associate, to protect ourselves are going to be out the door. They’re going to take away our Second Amendment rights, and then we are toast as American citizens when we are conquered by the Democrats, Islamists, and other third-worlders who the Democrats want to use to replace American voters.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
