Here to break it down is NewsNation contributor and executive producer of &#8220;The Megyn Kelly Show&#8221; on SiriusXM, Steve Krakauer, and RealClearPolitics president and co-founder Tom Bevan joined &#8220;NewsNatiion&#8221; to break down what we will see on Tuesday.  About the California governor&#8217;s race, Bevan said: &#8220;It&#8217;s still wide open in the sense that you&#8217;ve got three candidates that still basically have a chance of making the runoff.  &#8220;What&#8217;s helped Steve Hilton was President Trump&#8217;s endorsement. It matters in primaries. It matters among Republican voters.&#8221;  &#8220;On Tuesday, we could see Democrats win the top two, or we could see Steve Hilton against Becerra, or you could see Hilton against Tom Steyer. I think there are a lot of votes, a lot of undecideds still out there. And then, obviously, it depends on whether some of those lesser candidates, their supporters, decide to break away and support someone to try and get them in the top two,&#8221; he said. &#8220;But it is the most wide-open race we&#8217;ve seen in California in some time.&#8221;  On the election for mayor in Los Angeles, Bevan said: &#8220;What&#8217;s going to be interesting is, is there a hidden Pratt vote out there? These folks, indeed, this is what his advertising is about, right? That there are always people out there who are not telling pollsters they&#8217;re going to vote for him.&#8221;  &#8220;It&#8217;ll be interesting to see whether that materializes and gets him into the runoff. It&#8217;s still going to be an uphill battle for him just because Democrats outnumber Republicans by so much, and the political machine in California and L.A. County is going to be working against him.
