Sen. Rick Scott: Doesn’t Matter If Socialists Win, “Schumer And Jeffries Already Work For Hasan Piker”

Florida GOP Sen. Rick Scott said he really doesn’t care if Socialists win more Democratic primaries — “it won’t matter.” “The election doesn’t matter… That’s already who they work for. They can say all they want on TV. That’s not how they act or vote,” Scott told FOX Business Network’s James Varney.

JAMES VARNEY: Senator Rick Scott, Republican from the great state of Florida. Mr. Senator, if a socialist beats Moskowitz, Hakeem Jeffries has a real problem. SEN. RICK SCOTT: I don’t think it matters. If you look at what Jeffries and Schumer are doing, they’ll say something, but if you look at their votes, look at how they act… I mean, they don’t want to fund ICE. Not one Democrat in the Senate voted to fund ICE. They never pushed back on Biden’s open borders and never pushed back on those people that are antisemitic. And taxes-it doesn’t really matter. Schumer and Jeffries work for Hasan Piker, AOC, and Mamdani-they never say anything at all, they allow their candidates to campaign with them. They say nothing at all against Hasan Piker, nothing against Mamdani, nothing against AOC. The election doesn’t matter. JAMES VARNEY: They don’t? SEN. RICK SCOTT: They don’t vote for Israel. They don’t support Israel. They don’t vote for funding for Israel. What’s the difference? They don’t push back against their party members that are anti-Israel. It doesn’t really-that’s why you look at this stuff. It doesn’t matter. They work for Piker, work for AOC and Mamdani. That’s who they work for. They can say all they want on TV. That’s not how they act or vote. JAMES VARNEY: I think it’s the 25th Congressional District-25th or 23rd-in Florida. It’s Boca Raton, a redrawn district, I believe. It’s a heavily Jewish district. It’s unlikely that Moskowitz will lose. Is that- SEN. RICK SCOTT: Oh, I assume Moskowitz has been there, and in the House before. I assume he’s going to win. Remember, whoever wins that seat, they’re going to vote the way that Piker tells them to vote. They’re all running-they all support, you know, the-
